The Model of Freedom

A framework that explains intercultural behavior

The Model of Freedom

The Model of Freedom, developed by Mijnd Huijser, is a framework that explains intercultural behavior. It visualises why people from different cultures and backgrounds act, perceive and interpret as they do. It translates academic research into a practical tool, showing the advantages of different preferences across borders, businesses and professions. It provides a language for people to speak about their differences without creating conflicts. The model is used to generate self-awareness and appreciation for the advantages of individual and cultural differences.
