How we do it

We offer a variety of services using the Model of Freedom to improve cross-cultural communication, teamwork and leadership. The joint use of the Model of Freedom allows multinational clients to develop a shared language to discuss cultural differences free of conflicts, while still receiving customized solutions for their particular business contexts.

We interact through joint seminars and workshops, and meet in networking events. We aim to reconcile and build on the benefits of diversity, both internally by contributing to each other’s business and knowledge, and externally, combining our strengths to offer the best services to our customers.
